Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket to Camp No Distractions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

Age Requirement

Camp No Distractions is an adults-only experience. All attendees must be 21 years or older. We reserve the right to verify age at check-in. Attendees who do not meet this requirement will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the camp start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 14-29 days before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date are non-refundable.
In the event you cannot attend, your spot may be transferred to a future camp at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Code of Conduct

Camp No Distractions is an inclusive, respectful, and alcohol-free environment. By attending, you agree to the following:

No alcohol or controlled substances are permitted on the property at any time. This is a condition of attendance, not a suggestion.
No verbal or physical altercations of any kind will not be tolerated.
No threatening, aggressive, or disruptive behavior toward other campers or staff.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate removal from camp without a refund. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Camp No Distractions involves outdoor activities including but not limited to hiking, water activities, kayaking, archery, and other physical programming. Participation in all activities is voluntary.

By attending, you acknowledge and agree that:

You participate in all activities at your own risk.
Camp No Distractions, Georgia Lakesports & Rentals, and their staff, organizers, and affiliates assume no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage to person or property arising from your attendance or participation in any camp activity.
You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, physical limitations, or allergies that may affect your participation.
All campers are expected to maintain respectful boundaries with fellow campers at all times. Inappropriate sexual behavior or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

A separate liability waiver will be required prior to camp. Failure to sign the waiver will result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.

Photography & Media Release

Camp No Distractions may capture photos and video during the weekend including drone photography. By attending you grant Camp No Distractions and Georgia Lakesports & Rentals permission to use images and footage in which you may appear for promotional and marketing purposes.

A seperate photo release form will be provided prior to camp. If you have specific concerns regarding your image, please contact us before the event.

Dietary & Medical Information

We collect dietary restrictions and allergy information during registration and make every reasonable effort to accommodate them. However, Camp No Distractions cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Attendees with severe allergies are responsible for taking appropriate precautions.

Changes to Camp

We reserve the right to modify the schedule, activities, or programming at any time due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for schedule modifications.

In the unlikely event that a camp weekend must be cancelled entirely by us, attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
